Shipping Policy
We aim to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Any delay in processing will be informed upfront via email or phone.
We request you to provide the full address at the time of order with zip code and contact number to make the delivery process hassle free. The tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched. We use Australia post as our logistics partner and we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays or damages caused by Auspost.
Customs & import taxes
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties/taxes applicable in their country. VAT/ GST / Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country.
